Shipping Methods Offered

Uncover Me offers standard ground shipping through Fedex/USPS . Orders typically take between 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped from our warehouse. Our warehouse offices are not open Saturday or Sunday. If you place an order on Friday, your order will be processed the following week.

Carrier Delays

Uncover Me cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package was delivered when it has not been received. In this instance, please reach out to the carrier to investigate.

Any delays in shipping once orders have left our warehouse are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Damaged Product

If your package arrives damaged, please email our support team at support@shopuncoverme.com withing 24 hours. A picture of the damaged package and/or product must be sent with your request to ensure we can properly address the problem and assist in resolving it.
